Final Curated Blog Submission

I really enjoyed this project as it really allowed me to sharpen and discover new model-making techniques while allowing me to play around with the layout of a familiar space. It was really fun coming up with new ideas on how to make my room feel bigger and more spacious. I also really enjoyed rendering in photoshop for this project as this project allowed me to become more familiar with photoshop which I previously had little knowledge about. one of the challenging aspects of this project was coming up with ideas that benefited my experimentation of making my space feel more spacious as some of my designs were interesting but doesn't really suit how I'm trying to make the room feel. The lack of resources available at home also added a layer of difficulty to the project. overall it was a really fun and interesting project and I really enjoyed the process of creating my models. Natural light experimentation

I attempted to mimic natural sunlight coming in from the new window on the roof. The deliberate use of cardboard as shutters created unique shadows on the ground. Slating the cardboard shutters also I was able to direct the light to a new location where there is less natural light.

Model room layout The model features a curved walled The Orginal window is now split into two windows The back section of the room acts as the wardrobe/ storage area and features a small garden that's separated by glass. The front features a similar small glass garden corner.
